Its principal, Haythem Dawlett, has over two decades of development experience, including award-winning master-planned and age-targeted communities in Texas and California. Renowned locally for his work at our sister community, Rough Hollow, Haythem has become a familiar face in the Lakeway area since moving his family here in 1997.
